At Relais Expert-Conseil, it is imperative to proceed to the systematic evaluation of our programs and interventions in order to ensure the quality and credibility of our EAPF services. This allows us to measure the effectiveness and impact of our work in the organizational field.
A regular follow-up on the type of problems treated, the results and the satistaction of our clientele is done and compiled throughout the EAPF services. The raw data are stored in a secure database in order to be analyzed and grouped accordingly.
These data allow us to ensure the integral quality of our EAPF services, improve customer-professional pairing in each region in order to manage our growth, and finally to ensure competitive prices year after year depending on the services rendered (actuarial calculations).
Client side, the Human Resources Department will receive detailed statistics relative to the rate of usage in different categories and types of EAPF services as well as qualitative data on the EAPF program :
- A) Semi-annual (F)EAP statistics
- B) Annual (F)EAP statistics
- C) Complete annual report including interpretation of data and recommendations for the coming year by taking into account the trends indicated by the reported statistics.
- These statistical reports give our clients the opportunity to evaluate their EAPF in order to identify, with the help of our EAPF specialists, sectors of activity where emerging problems may be identified, therefore facilitating effective prevention and if needed, a solution plan.
