Relais Expert-Conseil is also an Employee Assistance Program (F)EAP consisting of an experienced team of clinical psychologists who meet the various demands of employees.

These needs are treated while taking into account confidentiality requirements.

The motives encountered for consultation can be diverse and complex and usually fall under the following categories :

Personal problems (self-esteem, sexuality, relationship issues, etc.)
Family problems (divorce, bereavement, marital difficulties, concerns about children, etc.)
Mental health problems (anxiety, depression, etc.)
Work related problems (stress, burnout, harassment, etc.)

Once a file is opened, the employee or family member can rely on the assistance program (the number of hours permitted with a professional is previously established by the employer) through various forms of services according to their personal schedule, tastes and preferences:

Meetings at a professional's office (by appointment)
Telephone consultation
Secure tele-consultating via the Internet

Once the intervention is completed, the employee or family member will be asked to complete a confidential satisfaction survey concerning the services received.
