Accompanying the Employee in his or her Need for Help...

Thus, almost all requests for help (including financial, legal and medical requests) are first treated by an expert in psychology.  This first step will aim to help the individual accept his or her situation and better manage the crisis and resulting emotions.

Once the emotional health of the employee has been taken care of and once we understand the psychosocial implications of his or her request for help, we can correctly address the psychological, social, financial, legal or medical difficulty.

The psychologist who performs the first evaluation will continue to accompany the beneficiary up until the resolution of the problem.  From the first meeting, an intervention plan is established in collaboration with the employee.  According to the needs identified, the accompanying psychologist may ask, when needed, one of our experts in an appropriate field (social, legal, financial, medical) to intervene according to the intervention plan established.

We strongly encourage the active participation of the user in the therapeutic process; whether it be in defining the problem or establishing the goals and objectives of treatment.
