Management and Prevention of Conflicts

Tensions and conflicts between colleagues represent situations that can negatively affect the work environment and have a considerable impact on the emotional health of employees.

It is therefore important to be able to identify and defuse such situations before they escalate.  In fact, unresolved work conflicts constitute a significant risk factor with regards to the development of harassment situations at work.

Training in the management and prevention of work conflicts is among one of Relais Expert-Conseil's developed fields of expertise.

Our training in management and prevention of conflict in the workplace will enable participants to identify the following :
  • elements that might contribute to the development of conflicts in the workplace 
  • the uneasiness and discomforts that are often precursors to the appearance of conflicts 
  • the dynamic nature of the escalating conflict 
  • strategies to defuse dangerous and conflictual situations 
  • respectful attitudes and expected behaviours in the workplace
The simulations, role plays and video clips enable participants (employees, supervisors, human resources, etc.) to practice into practice their newly acquired skills and notions in an interactive and lively manner.

This training is offered in group or individual (coaching) format.
