Management and Prevention of Conflicts

Tensions and conflicts between colleagues represent situations that can negatively affect the work environment and have a considerable impact on the emotional health of employees.
It is therefore important to be able to identify and defuse such situations before they escalate. In fact, unresolved work conflicts constitute a significant risk factor with regards to the development of harassment situations at work.
Training in the management and prevention of work conflicts is among one of Relais Expert-Conseil's developed fields of expertise.
Our training in management and prevention of conflict in the workplace will enable participants to identify the following :
- elements that might contribute to the development of conflicts in the workplace
- the uneasiness and discomforts that are often precursors to the appearance of conflicts
- the dynamic nature of the escalating conflict
- strategies to defuse dangerous and conflictual situations
- respectful attitudes and expected behaviours in the workplace
