As part of its Employee Assistance Program (EAPF), Relais Expert-Conseil is also called upon to intervene in emergency and crises situations.
Indeed, an employee may encounter a difficult situation such as:
- an illness
- an accident
- a death
- a separation
- suicidal thoughts
- etc.
In situations like these, Relais Expert-Conseil ensures a rapid response by a team of professionals capable of intervening in emergency situations.
This crisis intervention cell consists of :
- bilingual counsellors answering calls 24/7
- an internal team of experienced psychologists to intervene in crisis and emergency situations
- an external network of psychologists working in the field of emergency response. These professionals are guided and supervised according to the clinical orientation of Relais Expert-Conseil, and this, in order to ensure quality and consistency of our services.
