Following the provisions relative to psychological harassment under the Law for Labour Standards, many employers have adopted policies regarding the management of psychological harassment complaints. Yet, for many workplaces, the practical implementation of harassment policies remains unclear. It is not uncommon to hear the following questions from employees, Human Resources, supervisors and management :

Relais Expert-Conseil has put together a team of experts, psychologists and lawyers with many years of experience working for the prevention and management of harassment complaints in the workplace. In this sector, our team works intensively:- to support workplaces by implementing preventive strategies to avoid harassment and discrimination at work;
- to assist workplaces in developing and implementing internal policies for the prevention of harassment and discrimination at work;
- to process, investigate and analyze complex complaints of harassment in the workplace lodged in virtue of the company's internal policy;
- to prepare complete investigation reports following harassment complaints;
- to propose recommendations following the conclusions of the investigation;

Training program on the Prevention of Harassment in the Workplace
Relais Expert-Conseil offers various courses (and formats) in this area, with varying lengths; ranging from 2 hours to 3 days depending on the clientele and objectives. The following courses are offered :Group Training
- Awareness training is developed for employees (unionized or non-unionized). The emphasis is on understanding what constitutes, or not, harassment.
- Trainig is also offered for employees with supervisory roles. In this case, focus is placed on the identification of risk situations and the pitfalls associated with the role of supervisor.
- Specific training is designed for supervisors, Human Resources personnel and management. In addition to the previous topics, emphasis is placed on the legal aspects related to workplace harassment.
- Finally, training is also available for personnel who will ensure the implementation of corporate policy on harassment prevention and complaint handling, as well as for those called upon to investigate following complaints.
- Raising awareness about the prevention of harassment in the workplace and the identification of risk behaviours may also be given on an individual basis. This individual training will be designed taking into account the clients' personal goals.
