Thus, under coverage of the Employee Assistance Program EAP, the employee can benefit from a certain number of meetings to address some financial concerns (the number of meetings is determined in each company's EAP contract agreement).  The difficulties for which an employee (or employee family member) consult generally fall under two types:

Once a file is opened, the employee or family member can rely on the assistance program (the number of hours permitted with a professional is previously established by the employer) through various forms of services according to their personal schedule, tastes and preferences: 

• Meetings at the professional's office (by appointment) 
• Telephone consultation 
• Secure tele-consultating via the Internet

Once the intervention is completed, the employee or family member will be asked to complete a short and confidential satisfaction survey concerning the services received.
