The respondent (whether an employee, supervisor, manager, etc.) is required to follow an individualized and interactive training in which he or she will be asked to ''actively'' participate.  The training is referred to as ''interactive'', in part because the individual has before him an animated visual and audio product, and also because the individual will be asked to actively respond (for example, the individual is asked to 'click' to change pages, to answer questions, etc.).
